this life is full of challenge.... to overcome all of this challenge, you need relax your brain, sleep, drink coffe or even baths can make you relax.... I recommended you to baths because baths can make you cool down your temperature and cool down your blood circulation and makes you relax.... in order to feel stress free! you need to bath too but.... you also need to sing in your bath.... this looks quite weird but its true!!
if you are in stress, panic, or need to overcoming challenge.... you need to think straight.... How to think straight?
you need to breath in and out around 3 times and think very deeply about nature and you need to imagine in that nature(jungle) have a straight path guiding you towards the end of the challenge........ this will help you to think straight.... feel free to ask me any of the question and i will help you guys do it... just follow the instruction given to your challenge for example is:
when your task is to climb that mountain.... you should change your mind set that it look like a puppet is climbing the mountain but it is you who climb... how will you do it? you should divede the mountain in many different parts that that its look that the mountain is much more easier for the puppet to climb... so you also should follow that formula....that will help you to think very striaght so do not panic or other makes you feel sad.... just relax thats the key to succes!

the world! is for human race.... there is no other races in this world... but it may have 'aliens' ... but i don't believe that aliens is real.... there is no real prove the aliens is rteal.... if there are real aliens, i think... its only a demons in the skies or something that i called animals but not in the earth...
talking about this world..... this world have many different things that we did not explore yet.... e.g. amozon jugle and permuda triangular..... i think that it one of the predict of earth... because in amazon there is so much animals or species that scientist have not discoverd yet! and in that jungle have maybe old tribites or more mordern than us..... this world...is a journey to man kind....even though we are the longest species living in this planet, we still have not exxplore all yet!... have dangerous...! and i want to say a ques tions...?
